What DiscDex is

DiscDex is a personal card-tracking tool for the Brixton DGPT set. It also helps members find each other by matching Sale/Trade and Want lists, hosting private messages, and running auctions.
DiscDex is not a marketplace, payment processor, escrow service, or shipping carrier.

No money, cards, or shipments ever pass through DiscDex. Every sale, trade, or auction is an agreement made directly between the members involved.
DiscDex does not verify member identities, payment methods, or the condition or authenticity of any card.

DiscDex is not responsible for fraud, non-payment, non-delivery, misrepresented item condition, damage, loss, or any other dispute between members.
You use DiscDex, and you deal with other members, entirely at your own risk.
DiscDex is provided “as is” with no warranty of any kind, and to the fullest extent permitted by law DiscDex and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or your dealings with other members.

Winning an auction only unlocks contact information between the seller and the winning bidder — it does not create a DiscDex-enforced contract.
DiscDex does not mediate, guarantee, or take any responsibility for the deal that follows an auction.

Take reasonable steps to verify who you're dealing with before sending money or cards.
Use safe payment and shipping practices (tracking, appropriate packaging, etc.).
Comply with any laws that apply to your transactions.

DiscDex may suspend or remove accounts or listings at its discretion.
These terms may change over time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
